A NEW VISION FOR A BETTER CITY CENTRE

Our new vision for Plymouth City Centre is almost complete.

We have been working with city centre businesses, partners and stakeholders on a new five-year plan for 2025-2030 that reflects the changing nature of the high street and the planned regeneration of the city centre.

The new plans focus on creating a more diverse and vibrant city centre, all year-round and by day and night, to attract more visitors and bring more footfall to your businesses.

We will work with partners to maximise the opportunities created by the newly improved public spaces to attract more visitors, residents and investment in housing, leisure and education, all of which will be good news for existing and new businesses.

The plans also address issues raised by you during a year-long consultation process, such as the look and feel of the city centre, retail crime and anti-social behaviour.
